The Process

Securing an EPC is a straightforward process. An accredited assessor will conduct an on-site inspection of your property, which includes examining all areas of the building, your gas and electricity meters, any loft space, your boiler or heating systems, lighting, and windows. The assessor will also measure the floor area of your property and document property construction details.

Following the site visit, your EPC certificate will be registered on the national EPC database within 24 hours. On average, the assessment visit typically lasts around 30-40 minutes.
